Our agent Faisal Khalid helped us in getting a 1 bed + 1 maid apartment in a new premium building in JVC. Despite a lot of pressure from the owner Faisal was able to help us do things slowly and in a way that made us feel not forced. We had many extra requirements where he made a serious effort in accommodating. After signing and payment Faisal was still very responsive and helped with the Dewa, Ejari, Gas, Internet and AC onboarding. I really appreciated this since many agents don’t even pick up the phone anymore after receiving their agent fee. It was great having a supportive and trustworthy person along the process.
