He gave me a clear picture of how Dubai earns its revenue and explained both the pros and cons of investing here. I was originally planning to invest in India, but Imran patiently explained why Dubai is a better option in terms of safety, security, return on investment, capital appreciation, resale market, flexible buying/selling, 0% tax, and more. He answered all my questions without rushing and personally took me to visit top developers like Binghatti, Sobha, Danube, HRE, and others. He even helped me plan my finances in detail and gave me an Excel sheet to track everything. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to buy an apartment in Skyhills by Binghatti – 23rd floor with amazing views. I thought it would take me 2-3 months to invest in Dubai, but Imran helped me close everything within a week! I saved a lot of time and made a smart investment with great appreciation potential. I don't know of the company itself as I only dealt with one agent. My agent was Usman. Words like Fantastic, Perfection, Amazing etc won't even do justice to how Usman did the business. I'm not an easy client to please, Usman sir delivered perfectly. He'd keep my needs above his own interest, he respects the criteria you've set (not like the other agents who show you higher price), once you tell him what you want, he'll give you those properties. He was polite, respectful, helpful, and many other words. Coming to UAE, I missed the niceness of Thai people, and he showed that there are still nice people here. And boy did I see the hospitality as well. He'd insist on getting me drinks if I was thirsty, would ask if there's anything else he can help with, etc. Also as I'm new here I had so many questions, not only related to real estate, but things like driving, getting a license, where to shop etc, he'd always answer as if it's his duty to give me all these data, even though my questions were out of scope. If you need to look for a property, I'd suggest finding his profile and calling him directly don't bother getting a random agent. Usman bhai will get you what you're looking for, fight for you, and try his best on negotiations and get you a best offer. One of the style that stood out for me was that he wouldn't bad mouth anyone or any properties. If there was a property he knew I didn't like, he'd say "If you want to see, of course we can see, if you're not happy with me, I won't mind if you also use other agents, but I think you won't like the property" BTW, this review isn't by just dealing with 1 agent, I dealt with multiple agents and the best attitude displayed was by Usman. I'm truly impressed (and that doesn't happen very often)
